Order Changes: You may request changes to your order within 24 hours of submission. After that period, changes may not be possible if production has begun.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. After that, refunds may not be available if printing or mailing has already started.

Refund Policy: Refunds are granted only in the event of errors caused by WhipSmart Marketing LLC. This includes printing errors, incorrect orders, or other service issues. Shipping delays, once materials have left our facility, are not eligible for refunds.
6. Intellectual Property
All content submitted by the customer must comply with applicable copyright laws. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to use and distribute the content provided to us for printing and mailing.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays in delivery or errors in printed material.
